"I arrived at this shop after going to the Toyota dealership, Autozone, and the Collision repair shop. I was on crutches and it was close to 5pm. As I approached the door, three technicians sat in the lobby watching me try to open the door and no one got up to help. I walked in and immediately said to them, wow, no one could open the door for me and one turned to the other and said, I wasn’t going to open the door for her. Then I explained to the guy behind the desk what I had been through, and how I needed a fuse changed. Real quick and he said he couldn’t do it because he was about to close, but he sent me to meineke to a man named Dave. He gave me his number and I called him and went straight there. Where he was able to help me."
