They’re professional, they take pride in what they do, and take the time to explain how thing work after the installation. This is what was said to me when I took my car back in because a piece of debris was tinted on my windshield in the view of my heads up display. After I pointed out the debris I was also told they are allowed 5% error when tinting. Well, this is not a small imperfection to me because I see it every time I look at my display which reflects in my windshield where the debris is tinted. I will be getting this redone, but not with this company. I had all windows done on my vehicle prior to having my windshield replaced, but the other company was booked and I wanted it done right away. I had 6 windows tinted with 0 imperfections. I should have waited for the other company. They were booked for a reason...quality work and great customer service. I would not recommend anyone to take their business to Tint World not because of the imperfection, but because of their lack of customer care. The statement that was made to me should not have been. I paid $248.26 to have my windshield tinted and was treated as if I received a 5% discount to go along with their 5% room for error. Wasted...I wasted both my money and my time, but I learned a costly, yet valuable lesson. Keep my business with places that treat me like more than just another card swipe even if I have to wait for an available appointment."
