"Nothing special about Subway anymore. This store at least has pleasant hard working attractive employees. I got there right ahead of a rush, but the staff came running out to keep the wait to a minimum, while providing great service with a smile."
"$19 for a footlong sub, no chips or drink bought with that. I didn’t get double meat either. I’m sorry, I won’t be back. I haven’t patronized Subway in years and my experience today will keep it that way. I could’ve went to Jersey Mike’s or Lenny’s and got a large sub with chips and a drink for way less, better quality ingredients, and overall taste. The taste just isn’t there for the $19 price point."
"I placed an online order(like always) at this location. It was #10. I picked it up and when I got back to work, there was cheese all over it and no bacon. I went back and explained to the lady behind the counter that I removed the cheese as an option on line and that the bacon was missing. She kept insisting the cheese went on the sandwich and I kept telling her that I removed it from the order. The ticket shows what I requested on the sandwich. The manager comes up and explains that he does not know why the ticket prints off this way and it will always happen, so I need to place an additional note stating what I do not want. That was the whole purpose of removing the cheese from the selection. He told her to remake the sandwich and she began doing so, and I told her to make sure it was toasted. She put in in to be toasted but only the bottom piece of bread was actually toasted. She did not keep in in the toaster long enough. Needless to say, I wont be going back to this location. It appears to be owned by new people who have no respect for customers needs or concerns. Make sure you check your items before ordering for pickup, had I done that, I could have nipped this in the bud quicker. If your online portal is not working sufficiently, remove it. The sandwich was not as good as usual because it was not properly toasted and I had to waste time on my lunch break to make 2 trips."
"Went there around 8 pm...told the lady what we wanted, and she told us after she put the meat and cheese in the oven, there were no veggies up front, but she had some in the back...well..go get them. She said she couldn't for 2 sandwiches. By the way... these were not extras we were adding these were menu made. Seems like to me she should have pointed out which sandwiches she had items for. She got an attitude whe. We said we didn't want them. Well, that's her fault. Either go and get the veggies or waste $19... she chose the waste. Never going back. This is my 3rd or 4th issue with them."
"My sandwich was delicious, but I took off 2 stars because I wanted some egg white on my sandwich. After I ordered it, the guy taking my order asked his co-worker if they were still serving breakfast. "Nope." So the guy making my sandwich looked at me and said, "we aren't serving breakfast anymore." Well okay, but it's just sitting there and its eggs.. they will be thrown away anyway. So needless to say, even though it was 2 hours after they supposedly stopped serving breakfast, and the eggs were still on the line, they would not add them to my sandwich. Not impressive. At all. Seems like a waste of food to me. Who cares if it is after breakfast? If the food is sitting there on the line for the customer to see, there is no reason to not serve it. Won't be back. As we are leaving, 25 minutes later, the eggs are still on the line. If y'all won't serve them to customers who will ensure they won't be wasted, take them off the line."
