"If I had the option to give zero stars I definitely would!!!! My husband decided on Wendy’s before starting his shift and he drives off with what was supposed to be his order instead to find a snowball burger in place of his order hell at least they were able to get the toppings correct. This is ridiculous to be an establishment that serves food this is truly unacceptable. Management was made aware of this after turning around to be informed that an employee decided this would be a good joke and his actual order was supposed to be in the bag along with the snow burger , NEVER AGAIN !!"

"Frosty's are "sold out" for the night. I'm not exactly sure how that works, but I'd say it's either inadequate process, poor inventory management, or personnel issues. Either way, it really shouldn't happen if the organization was responsible. Maybe it's time for Wendy's to just close this location and let a business that's truly interested in serving the public take over the space."

"The restaurant is usually pretty clean, as it was this time. But the service is incredibly slow and the employees are civil at best. Also, at least one item in my order is missing or incorrect most every time I go there."
