"6 years living here maybe eat here out of convenience twice a month. Not a single order correct. And dont bother telling or asking the staff to fix it. Not even the manager. Just report to corporate. You wont get your money back but another comp meal to get wrong again."
"Went through drive through last night about 12:45-50 am. No other customers were there. I pulled to the speaker and two employees were cussing and chitter chatting. I said “um your speaker is on and I can hear you” they both got dead quiet. I was asked by the guy in the back if I wanted a receipt I said yes and then told me “well it’s not working sorry” like bruh what? Anyway, FOOD WAS TERRIBLE! The bun was hard (probably an old McDouble sitting in the HLZ for a while) fries were cold . I was too far to turn around. Needless to say this establishment has gone way down hill."
"Staff is so rude... Took an Hour to give basic mobile order... Everyone in line waiting for at least 30mins"
"Even though I had to wait on my 2 big macs they brought me cold fries. Afterwards I still had to wait an additional 10 to 15 min for fresh fries. I had to enter to building to get my fries. Overall it was a 30 minute ordeal which should have been quicker. There were limited workers which did play a part in the delay of food and service."
"I ordered one part through the app and one part through the kiosk. The app was acting up and the kiosk was convenient to order since the counter worker was running food. After placing my order, 25 minutes pass and I do not get my food. This is 2pm on a Saturday so not quite a lunch rush. When I notified an employee, he sort of helped but my order included an extra cheese burger. I wanted a Dr. Pepper but the soda fountain has always had an issue and the employees cannot get anyone to fix it or they never contact anyone to get it fixed. The food though was good and at least the employee was nice to bump my order up, but I don't know if my order ever actually came out anywhere."
