"Every single time I come here, you get my order wrong. I ordered two chicken burritos, a diet coke, and a coke. I get home. I have two spicy biscuits and two diet cokes. My name is Thomas. My badxfor not seeing that the tag on my bag said Terry. I pay you guys money. Have the decency to be a little more accurate with your service? Or is that too difficult? I'll wait for you to answer. I'll even hold my breath."
"The most disgusting Chick-Fil-A I have ever seen or been to. I am extremely disappointed by the filth and the attitude of the employees. We originally were going to dine in while we were heading out of town from visiting family but when we saw the filth and dirtiness we decided to ask for it to go. When we got our drinks they were covered in the soda all over on the outside. The condiments station was covered in debris and residue from who knows what. The tables were beyond disgusting, the seats were cracked and torn, and the floor was sticky. The trash cans were very full. This is not the environment you want to eat in. The lady at the counter tried to tell us that we couldn’t do that and she could just hand us a bag. We insisted that it happened due to filth. We got out to our car and ate in the parking lot - MUCH cleaner. I got out of the car to throw it out and I had to set the bag on top of the garbage can because it was pouring out and overflowing and the trash was falling out of it. This is not the Chick-Fil-A experience. This is beyond below their standards and this should be addressed and fixed. I do not care where your location is, you need to keep your business top notch!"
"We tried the new Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich. It's ridiculous how the pictures they advertise on TV don't compare to the sandwich you actually pay for. The sandwich was dressed with a teaspoon of pimento cheese and 2 jalapeño peppers. I suggest sticking with the Spicy Deluxe."
"The worst experience I’ve ever had at CFA. Ordered online and still had to wait 10 min in store. The food was ugly looking and I was given crumbs for hash browns on top of getting the smallest chicken filet I’ve ever had at CFA on my biscuit. It was the same size as the sauce packets."
