"Omg.I come here all the time.so I order a potato.The lady give me the smallest one.I guess she got upset because I asked for a bigger one. Then my nuggets were cold/scribbled up old. But didn't want to ask for some hot ones.She already seem like she was upset about me wanting a bigger potato.then I order a frosty.a medium frosty.Lord,this where the problem was.She half filled it and cup was dirty with mustard all on it.Im like the cup dirty And can you fill it up.Then she gives me another the same way,half freaking filled.so I'm like just give me refund.She then get smart and say I ordered a medium.Like I didn't know which one I order.When I'm like broad.Well If I purchased a medium why you filled like a small.caught a attitude talking about I ordered a medium.Duh lady.I know what I ordered. Why couldn't you fill it up. So eventually the manager or the young man gave me a frosty that was filled like it should be.Whoever that girl on front counter customer skills are horrible.I'm spending my hard working money.Not her.And she kept talking.I see why people end up on Tiktok videos getting whooped.lol.but that's not my character. She ruin my lil experience that day.I was trying enjoy my kid Very rude."

"I sat for over 15 minutes at the drive-up window just so I can pick up a mobile order. That's not the worst part the chick was so rude. She intentionally made me wait longer because I said are you going to take my order. Telling me I can hear you. I didn't say anything wrong I don't care if she can hear me I sit here while you did nothing and it's old"

"The service is slow. I had to get my food 30 minutes. It was Chili and had no big cups. They gave me small cups, and 2 was not full. I asked for 3 large and 1 small."

"Im currently in line after 1 hour of waiting. Told the ONLY CAR in front of me not to pull up - goals is to deter other customers from ordering.Watched staff smoke weed in the parking lot and hang out with friends while we waited to order . It’s NOW 1030- I was here early enough and far from close. Staff told me don’t order it would be 15 mins, but my wife wants chili so I asked about waiting. Now I’m here an hour later STILL waiting - Unprofessional, rude and slow. Take the drive to another location. I hoped this one would be different…."

"Sitting here for 15 minutes after I ordered in the drive through which was empty when I ordered . I was stopped before the window frantically by the woman who I pulled up and she was too busy on her phone arguing with someone when I pulled up to the window. She finally opens the door to the window asked me for my card doesn’t say anything I hand you my card then she just passes it back to me after a while and my food which is also cold on top of the order not even being correct. You can’t bother to get it corrected because I immediately close the door on you and go back to playing on their phones and you’re a bother if you try to get them the correct anything. The insides clean I can give it that that’s a bonus and a plus but outside of that this definitely isn’t customer service friendly. I hate that I love Wendy’s food Sometimes I question if it’s worth it on visits like this.."
