Cicis Pizza

"We went inside to place an order of cinnamon rolls to go. Got them, they were hot and fresh and so delicious that we decided to place a second order after we left. This time, we ordered online and returned to pick them up. The second batch of cinnamon rolls were warm, but they weren't as soft, fresh, or well glazed as the first ones we'd gotten. That was the only reason we'd come back for more. Both trips there happened within a span of about 30 minutes, maybe less and it's pretty safe to say we were a bit disappointed at the inconsistency of the orders. We'll still be back for more, but it was a bit disheartening to be so excited about the quality we received to a point where we immediately wanted to come back just to not receive that same quality."

"We made a huge order tonight with the Piezilla and 2 large pizzas for pickup. The larges were great, but the Piezilla was not the best. It advertises as regular pizza dough, cheese, and the regular tomato sauce. Add toppings, and you're good to go. For $50 for that pizza I expected it to be right and not burned. It was covered in barbecue sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. We LOVE Cici's bbq pizza, but the kids don't, so they wouldn't eat any of it. We ate the center pieces that were less burned, but the edges aren't salvageable."

"I used to go to CiCis when my kids were little and I remember the buffets were a lot variety of pizzas. The pizza were full of toppings and wat not. Take for example the spinach Alfredo pizza. It was always full of spinach and sauce and cheese in a nice harmony. Now it was just crust cheese and just a tiny piece of a piece of spinach and it was located on the crust. Not to mention and this is one of main reason for 2 stars for food. The chocolate pizza how in the world are you not gonna have the best dessert pizza either a available to cook or even out I mean I know I can request it but I don’t think it worth requesting if I’m a just get 1 slice but the pizza itself is good nice and fresh I just don’t like the fact every pizza was skimpy and mainly just crust It is so different than the last time I had it which granted it been over 5 years but you would think it Wundt change"

"It was an OK place. The food was pretty good. Through Alfredo sauce for the noodles was very watery. The spinach pizza stayed in the oven a little to long. It was relatively clean. Could have been better but wasn't nasty."

"Terribly filthy. Disgusting. On March 17, we came here. The floor was covered with trash and food debris. Many tables were unbiased. Customers were cleaning tables to sit. I’m 52 and I’m not certain I’ve been in a restaurant this dirty. In 40 minutes nothing was cleaned by staff. To make matters worse, for about half our 40-minute visit there was one pizza on the buffet & the salad dressing bottles were all empty. I counted 5 employees, so I’m not sure why the failure."
