"I wouldn’t give them ONE star! The pharmacy is the WORST I’ve ever used for prescriptions. You’d think being in Friendswood the customer service and punctuality on getting prescriptions filled would be better! If you’re needing your prescription filled within a timely manner..DON’T use this location!! You’ll seriously need to wait a couple hours."

"I got to get my medicine and am told after getting the text that it’s ready that it’s really not. Told to wait another two hours. Come back, and am told they are out because someone took the rest of it. Cool. Don’t use this place. Pharmacist literally had my prescription in his hand and said it’s not ready and then it’s been all handed out. Wild."

"Worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy. The staff seems very unorganized and under qualified. I just switched to this pharmacy as I recently moved to the area and previously used a Walgreens for my prescriptions with no issues. I had a bad experience with the first prescription I ever had sent to the location on parkwood. I received a call saying my prescription was ready for pick up so I went to the location a few hours after I received this call. I give the girl at the counter my info to pick up my prescription, and she told me it’s ready. The girl begins to dig in multiple buckets to find my prescription. This goes on for about 20 minutes while a line is building behind me. After all the digging, the girl tells me my prescription has been lost and they’ll have to refill it. That was irritating, but I understand that nobody’s perfect so I leave. Fast forward to about 4 hours later. I return to the store around 8:30pm to try to pick up my prescription a 2nd time. We go through the same process. I give the girl my credentials and she starts searching for my prescription. She looks in a few places and then asks another pharmacy tech to assist her with finding my prescription. He says they may have incorrectly stored it so they search literally every bin in the store. This takes about 30 minutes. Finally they ask the pharmacist for assistance and she comes to the window to let me know that my prescription hasn’t been filled because there was an error in the instructions that my doctor sent with the script. I tell her that’s fine, but why did I get a call over 8 hours ago stating it was filled if it never was able to be filled. She ignored my question all together and asked if I can call my doctors office to have them clarify the instructions… at 9pm on a Friday. It all seemed really weird so the next day I called and requested that the send my script to the Walgreens on el Camino instead. I reach out to that location regarding the script and the pharmacy tech lets me know that mu dr wrote the instructions in grams when it should have been on mL, and that with small issues like that it’s up to the pharmacists discretion if they want to just advise the customer of the correct dosage and let the them pick up, or make the customer wait until the following Monday when the doctors office responds."

"Literally the worst chain of pharmacies. I went through a week of them not communicating that they literally can not and could never fill my prescription. And they werent able to reverse an insurance claim within a timely matter so that the new pharmacy could fill it... I actually had to hassle them about it in person and physically not leave until the call to my inurance was made and there was a resolution to my medical problem....went to Amazon pharmacy, first-time-ever and the process was super easy and smooth. Like so easy. I hate amazon. But the experience was a million times better than every single pharmacy I called today which was A LOT."
