"I was charged wrong for two items. I went back and told the lady at customer service SHELBY that the charge was wrong that I had one red pepper for $1.59 and one green pepper for 89 cents and also a package of turkey that was charged wrong. She got mad because she said that it was my fault for putting both peppers on the same back that's why they charged both for $1.59 she also. said very rude next time use one back for each. I said they were different colors, she interrupted me again saying it's your fault wait for me I will give you a refund. I have never had a problem like this in the other Kroger in my area. Hope SHELBY changes attitude."
"At 6am a nice lady says good morning as they open their store. I got the one thing I came for. First time using the scan barcode app deal. The same nice lady was watching over the self checkout. I could not make the coupon deal work. She did help me complete the transaction and show me how to do it myself."
"I live this Kroger. Its a huge store but very well organized. The staff are very formerly and willing to help find anything. They made right a transaction for some items that were out of stock and substituted a fine replacement. I used the self check out and the associate that was manning the self checkout was amazing. She was very friendly, patient and accommodating."
