"I decided to give HEB Curbside an opportunity earlier this evening for delivery as I couldn't get to the store on Parkwood in Friendswood Tx 77546. I put the order in at 6:20pm. It gave me a window between 7:30-8:30pm.So it's 8:45pm and no order has showed up. I call the store & I'm made aware that my favor delivery guy never showed up to pick up my order. So the curbside department tells me that he will find another favor delivery person to pickup my order. So I have no choice but to wait even longer. Five minutes after I hang up, I get another call from a young lady asking me when If I was still coming to pickup my order. Now being totally confused on the information I'm getting I ask to speak to a manager. They let me know it would have to be tomorrow before someone could call me back. This was the first time using this service & I can report that it was a total failure. It's now 9pm and still no further updates. So I guess it's leftovers out the fridge. Hopefully I don't get a sudden knock while sleeping tonight from a favor delivery driver. Wish Google had a Zero Star option. You live & learn I guess."

"I want to take a moment and commend Drew who was working the self checkout this week. As I was going to scan a bag of dog food the bag opened up and spilled on the floor. Drew very quickly came to help clean up the mess and offered to grab me a new bag. He was polite, helpful and exemplified the type of service you hope for when shopping. Thank you."

"The employees are so stuck up, rude, and absolutely not helpful. Tyler has been extremely rude from the very first interaction. Christian has no ability to be the least bit kind. He is so rude to the point that I asked him a couple times if he is okay. He said, "Yes. Are You Okay?". Zack on the other hand is the sweetest, friendliest, helpful person I've met there. As for his coworkers, every last one of them is awful. If you hate people, you shouldn't work in a customer service position at all. I only go there because I work next door. I'd rather walk the 3 miles to Kroger."

"Great store! Starting to get a little busy with the Curbside shoppers and their big carts. Makes it difficult to move around the store and shop in peace! Anyway, great store hope they do something about the curbside shoppers and their giant shelves they are dragging through the store blocking the isles. Still a 5 star establishment as of right now! HEB if you are reading this please do something about this. I like to go in and do my own shopping in peace I shouldn’t have to suffer at the expense of others sitting in their car waiting for their groceries."

"This is my favorite grocery store! They have quality, healthy foods, and the cashiers are friendly. The store is always clean and it's never too long to check out. The curbside service is reliable and when I order delivery I know it'll be on time. Thank you, Heb."
