"This Dollar Tree used to be so neat and organized and have friendly employees that I recognized. The past few months it's been a wreck, as shown in the photos. You can't find anything, because it's all stuffed in boxes that have been just thrown in front of shelves. I normally wouldn't post a review like this, but my hope is that maybe if I do, someone will fix this issue. It's very frustrating! Perhaps they are short staffed, but it seems it's been this way a while. The previous employees kept it so nice."
"All that is left to say is that everyone in this store is wonderful, kind hearted and helpful. I searched all around for soft peppermints and this was the only store that searched and actually had some during the week of Christmas. I didn’t ask the person to hold them or tell them that I was coming to their store but I knew I had to go get them for my husband!! My son and I drove to Friendswood just for these soft peppermints and not only did the manager save the entire box for me but she had 3 more for me. I was honored and filled with joy that they did this for me even without me asking them. These are the people we need more of in this world. Thank you to every employee there today on December 22, 2021."
