"I was waiting at the register to be helped and I was completely ignored. I get that there was only one person at the time helping 2 other couples but there was no acknowledgement of me waiting to be helped even when they passed by me three times. The one employee ignores to ask if I needed help and continues to check out someone else. A second employee finally arrives and asks another person if they're ready to checked out when I'm clearly standing at the register hoping to do an exchange. I had no choice but to leave."

"Staff rude, not helping, gossiping amongst each other. No one asked if we needed help or what size shoe we needed, when I finally went up to the register (cause that's where they were all gossiping at, 4 employees) they treated me like I was bothering them!"
"Always have great selection and if you dont find the sizes for your kids they can ship it to your home for free. The manager is always there and super sweet and friendly."
