"I'm reporting a women who works at the cashier who snapped off on me for politely letting her know on Aug 27th 2022 - Aug 28th 2022 that pump 14 was freely leaking and can be potentially life threatening. I also got a receipt to get my car wash with a code but the car wash was out of order so I went back in store to let her know it was down. She then went outside to help me but later to say that I have to wait for it to be fixed and come back another day to get it washed. I Came back the next day and she snapped off on me saying it's a new day as if she could not give me my ticket to wash vehicle. I then asked her isn't my receipt in the system if I can not wash my car I would like my money back. She then snapped and said I can not return to this store location but gave me a new ticket anyways. I am a customer and should not be treated so rudely. I did not do anything to this lady to be treated as such and I don't agree with her representing 7/11."

"Selling cheeseburger In a hot dog style But the manager wants you to buy it without a bun because you can eat it like that I grabbed one of the boxes to put my hot dog bun in and I put it on top of the counter The manager grabbed it put it back for someone to get it next time , because he said I don't need a bun For the hamburger sausage Where do you go buy a hamburger without a bun Only at 7:11 At frost road in San Antonio, Texas But this manager is from another country so he don't know American Health department rules. This is why people get sick from germs People from other countries are not conscience Thank about health and safety."

"Placed my mobile order through the app twice! The first time they gave me the completely wrong order. Not the driver's fault, because all they get is a order confirmation and not the list of items. Had to return the whole thing. The second time the new delivery driver called and said that they couldn't complete my order, because they were busy and she was waiting for 25 minutes. Eventually canceling my order again. Not to mention I have to wait for a refund from my first order. Just freaking horrible mobile service."
