"This was my go to store. I loved it. The fountain drinks were on point, but now they're flat. The staff needs more training. Why have benefits(game winnings) for your customers but cannot redeem them because your staff doesn't know how to redeem them. And then to not have a manager at every shift for trouble shooting. The poor cashiers, who were very sweet and apologetic, they had to tell me they don't know what to do. SMH. Christie and Lana thank you for trying and being so sweet. Yayaa is also sweet. Please whoever owns this place, keep up with the sodas, lol. Renovate your restrooms. They are terrible. And train your staff. With the right training great can become excellent."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every time I go to this store they are closing it. Tonight the manager had to go to the bathroom. So she takes 20 minutes to stand at the door and tell everyone they can't come in. Then she will pick a few to let in guess they are friends. I sit there fir 40 minutes trying to spend my hard earned money. For what. Last Friday they didn't have time to make the call whole pizzas. Same lady says she is to busy. Then turns around and starts talking to the other lady behind counter. I would get it if there was just one person there but there is 2. She says can't be out here by yourself. Things the worst location you can ever visit."

"The staff there are very friendly and inviting. They make you feel at home. Well at least to me. I don't want to brag, but I'm a pretty alright person. My dogs absolutely adore me. Lol just joking. However I do prefer to visit a place where everyone knows my name just as much as the next guy, so the fact that a few employees there know me by name is good."
