"I will say this was the most ridiculous encounter I have ever had with a clerk at a gas station. I went in the store with the greatest attitude about the wonderful day ahead. I step up to the counter with my two cups of coffee. The woman gives me the total and I proceed to tell her I have the sip and save for both cups. She gives me the screen to put in my phone number and I do so. The price reduces down to 1 cup of coffee. I remind her I have the sip and save for the second cup as well and she immediately gives me attitude that I needed to tell her before the transaction. I begin to explain…I told you from the start I had the sip and save for both cups. She begins to argue again. Instead of just fixing the situation begins to order me out of the store telling me she is not going to deal with me as if I was the problem. The woman had bad body language about herself from the start. Someone needs to coach this woman on how to provide customer service. I have never left a review on anything like this before. I am sure I am not the only person today that she gave attitude to on 03/22/2023. I hope she finds herself."
