"Yesterday I stopped at this store to purchase some beer. The clerk at the counter rudely told me to turn the beer over so she could scan the bar code. No please no thank you just a demand. I could see if she was a young girl fresh out of high school but this was an old woman. Very poor customer service skills. She needs some retraining."
"I stop to put gas this morning and the two cashiers were rude, nothing but attitude. Does circle K hire people off the street? I called to speak to the manager to complain, and you could hear the two ladies talking about the complaint call, so unprofessional. I spoke to the manager who could really care less about my complaint. They all need to go back and be retrained on their customer service skills. Very unhappy customer."
"Been sitting outside your 24 hour gas station trying to purchase gas. The pay at the pump won't work. It says see cashier. But I have been waiting over a hour for them to do paperwork. .they charged my card. But I didn't get gas. Am stuck sitting here in the cold."
"Sometimes survice great. Restroom are always bad. They need cleaning. Soda muchine need deep cleaning and the soda hoses need deep cleaning. All mood inside. Have more pictures but won't post all. Gave them a chance to correct it."
"Restrooms are pretty nasty. Someone should take some time to clean them. Paper towel roll was exposed and some one can grab it with dirty hands. Luckily, there are hand dryers. Circle K needs to step up their game or they will lose a lot of business to QT."
