"The soda machine is often broken or there is no ice. Even though tho Store was just remodeled. It's still not very clean. Then there seems to only be one person working most of the time and they are just not keeping the store clean. When you try to call the store to ask them a question. They don't answer the phone and it goes to a fax machine. Then when you try to call again, they've taken the phone off the hook."
"I think this is by far the best Circle K in San Antonio. The manager, Lupe, has done a great job in working with her staff. The store is always clean and the staff is always in a great mood. This is usually my first stop On my way to work and my last stop On my way home. All I can say is “that’s the best way to start and end my day.”"
"Just had one of the worst gas station experiences.. the staff member was incredibly rude and kept getting me the wrong cigarettes and then questioned me extremely aggressively like I was trying to conspire against her.. never going back!"
"The staff is always friendly. However the store is always out of top sellers like Coke and Celsius. One night they were out of gas!"
"My husband and I stop here frequently, we are real familiar and friendly with most employees and almost always have a perfect shopping experience. But this morning my husband went in to purchase some cigarettes at 6 am and the lady working had a real sour attitude. Acted as if my husband was inconveniencing her to ring up his purchase, tossed his cigerrettes on the counter and was real snappy and rude when speaking to him. My husband proceeded to tell her she didnt need to treat him that way. And she told him that she was having a long night and it's that time of the month for her. I'm sorry but it seems real unprofessional to fill customers in on their menstrual cycle. I really dont care what her excuse was, maybe she should stay home instead of going into work putting her personal problems off onto the customers."
