"The Hispanic kid with glasses who works at the Register has a huge attitude problem He's just on phone Textin with an attitude. Then I call the store to speak with the manager. And I guess it's okay to answer the phone saying. Valero. What do you want. Needs guidance"

"The kid that’s currently working the counter needs to have his employed position changed immediately. And when I say currently, I mean the evening of February 16th, at 6:30pm. Very poor and nonchalant attitude. Told me to be patient after I said, “my card got declined, I’ll give it another try with the chip reader,” even though I quickly found a solution to the slight hiccup. Didn’t offer a bag for any of my purchased items, and when I asked for a bag, he lackadaisically only bagged one of my three items, while leaving the two glass bottles I purchased un-bagged… I waited for a few seconds, to see if he would finally bag the them, and he did not. He’s just simply someone that should not be working the counter."

"Casarah at the register was the only one working it is 8:36 PM and I was here around one and she was still alone the only one working with a long line of customers. She looked very tired shoes, very accommodating, and super sweet. I would have given this place has three stars that I give Casarah a five star!!"

"Maria and the staff are pathetic. I just filled duo gas on #13 and I clicked the unleaded. The button switched the gas type to mid without me knowing. If they checked the camera they would have known at front desk. I told the front that the machine is not working. Nothing was modified on bill. I don't recommend this circle k."

"I didn’t get the chance to check the customer service because after giving a look at the restrooms I only had enough time to take few pics to see if the manager at this store can do something about it, and then run to another gas station hoping their restrooms will be cleaner than this one. It’s 11:20 pm and there were several people making a line because there was only one guy holding up the fort. I don’t blame him if he didn’t get the chance to check the restrooms. If you are going to get something quick and don’t mind waiting in line, be my guest. But if you need to use the restroom at night, better look for a different gas station. The images speak for themselves: hand dryers not in the cleanest condition, plugged sinks, empty and broken soap dispensers and... to top it of... toilets that will make you throw up. I don’t like to be harsh or critical in my reviews. Always like to point out the positive and beautiful amidst the worse situation, but seeing that our beloved city is getting worse every year makes me want to point this out. It’s not only the manager’s and or personnel fault. It’s also the customer whose customs and poor hygiene practices leave a mess behind them wherever they go. We all need to do our part to be able to share a nicer and cleaner city."
