"I’m the manager at the Smoothie King next to this Circle K. I had employees go to the gas station to grab some things and they hear a cat stuck behind the Amazon machine. An employee was so kind to take time out of her day to help us save this baby kitty. I didn’t get to catch her name, but she was incredibly nice to us"
"I’ve visited other Circle K in Arlington/Grand Prairie area, and they’re never clean, but that was not the case when I visited here. This location has exceeded my expectations in service. The female employee greeted me promptly upon entering, and the restrooms were very clean! They have a Frost bank ATM for patrons as well!"
"Good location for a gas station and convenient store but customer service lacks. This week I bought gas 3x and each time the pump does not provide receipt. The same thing last week. I have to stay in line to the cashier just to get a receipt taking a lot of my time when this could have been done on the pump. The first time this happened, it was okay, but another day? then another, and another......? something is wrong with this service. I asked the two young ladies working inside, one young lady said, their pump is broke (?) and that they do not know when it is going to be fixed as they are not the managers (with attitude). The young man working was more polite and said they put paper on the pump everyday but he does not know why the pumps do not produce receipt."
