"On 12/18/23 they decided to close the store at 11 pm even though holiday hours are up to midnight. They kicked us all out and when asked they said the manager told them to close at 11 instead of midnight. Not acceptable!!!! I hope higher management will look into this matter."

"I really like this store! I can’t go here too often! So many things I want!! Yes things are scattered but I’ve been to “competitors” that are beyond out of line. This is the ONLY reason for 4 stars. Overall, experience is great, customer service is great, atmosphere is nice, prices are affordable and if lines get long they call backup immediately and get traffic moving. There is something for everything you need or WANT. Come check it out!!"

"I like going to Burlington because of the variety of stuff they have to buy. But I hate that there's not enough employees. I understand there's a shortage everywhere. The lines are always long and the store is messy. I was very disappointed and I know most of it are because of those people who shop there and they make a mess by leaving things everywhere. Here are some pictures I took. I believe that this is also a safety hazard. Someone can easily trip on things left on the floor. I hooe that this will open up people's eyes and try to be more considerate."

"Good location, smells new, a lot brighter, I was very impressed with the selections that they had as well. Only that really rub time the wrong way is as a paying customer I don’t need a loss prevention employee following me around the store like some crook. That truly made me feel uncomfortable, besides that I would love to give them 5 ⭐️’s but 3 will suffice."
