"The retail lady was so helpful. I needed to exchange some pants that were to short. She informed me that they don't carry the longer inseam but still checked the back of the store to make sure that they didn't have one laying around. She also reminded me that I could order them online if I wasn't in a hurry to get them."
"They were really nice here, didn't bother me or anything. The 50% off gimmick that all these stores do is just that. My 3 pack of boxer briefs were 50% off but the price wasn't listed. Come to checkout and 3 pair of boxers is $37! So I got them for the incredible deal of $18.50. Ask the price first, that's ridiculous."
"Carlos, the manager is SO AWESOME! He fixed my problem when no one else could. I mean the sales associate, sweet as can be but wven with customer service on the line couldn't help...i called customer service 4x myself & at one point spoke to a lady who called me back with an unavailable # then I could hear a crying baby in the background so I hung up on that...just when I felt hopeless of getting my returned squared away, Carlos was at the right place @ the right time to help. He was patient, understanding, respectful, & the most IMPORTANT- KNOWLEDGABLE. Thanks Carlos"
