"I love Maurices in general, but this is my favorite one. Yessie has never made me feel unwelcome or bad about myself because I come into the store while crossdressed. She has even helped me find new outfits and given insight into what I should try on, and opinions on how some outfits look on me. I love how she always greets me with a smile and comments on how good a certain dress looks on me! I love visiting this store because Yessie has passed this type of customer service onto her other workers as well!"

"Used to really like Maurices and thought their clothes were good quality, but after all these years, it seems like that's changing. A sweater that I just bought and wore once started coming apart at the seams at the bottom. A pair of jeans that I wore once came out of the dryer with small tears after one wash. None of my other clothes came out ruined as a result of that wash, so I can't help but blame the source. Very disappointing. I wholeheartedly loved this store and used to recommend it to friends."

"I can only say great things about my experience this morning at Maurices with Joy! Joy was incredibly helpful! I walked in with NO idea what I was even looking for! I had to find my outfit for my wedding shower and dinner rehearsal and was dreading having to shop all day at multiple places since I struggle finding my style and fit that works best for me! I am SO glad that I stopped in at Maurices first. I explained my situation and Joy had such a great attitude. She pulled so many clothes for me to try on, was so sweet receiving feedback and giving me feedback, and looking in their servers to help me get the color/size I wanted in the exact style! She did an amazing job helping me find clothes that made me feel like myself that I am so excited to wear them in the next couple of weeks! I am still so thankful for Joy's assistance and that I was able to get everything I needed in store/ordered in only 1.5 hours and only 1 store! She made clothes shopping a completely manageable and enjoyable experience!"

"Apparently late in the day on Sunday is a terrible time for customer service. With a full compliment of staff and very few customers they couldn't be bothered to off any help at all. I Apparently was an inconvenience to the staff member poking at the change rooms door with her foot when I wanted to try something on. There was no help with sizes styles or anything of the nature.
