"I had made an appointment to come into the shop and play three guitars. Richard, the sales associate I was working with was easy going and both professional and knowledgeable. It's rare to find that kind of committed service anymore so, when I find it, I like to spread the word. It was a Saturday and the store was unusually quiet, making my buying experience that much better. I'd A/B/C'd the three guitars (aside from the Taylor 517e WHB, I was test driving another Taylor, the 417e and last, a Furch Vintage 3). Being my favorite brand, I thought that I'd walk away with the Furch, but, at the end of the day, I chose the Taylor 517e. It just plain felt right.
