"When I walked into the store I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization, but got a funny feeling when I was the only one there and no one greeted me. I hate bra shopping so I was hoping to get some help from the ladies up front, but instead they loudly chatted about their personal lives and stared daggers from across the store. After I was ready to try on a few things, I was told condescendingly that whatever I didn’t buy they couldn’t put back out on the floor. Was never asked while in the fitting room if I needed assistance and no one checked in when I left the fitting room. Determined to find something that worked, I grabbed a few more items, tried those on and to my relief they fit perfectly. I get up to the register and say I want to make sure the prices are right. The lady checking me out does not make eye contact and does not speak to me- just starts ringing up the clothes and taking off security tags. All the articles ring up full price so I assumed the sales would be applied at the end... nope! Instead I am asked to cough up $200+. When I mention the sale signs all throughout the store showing clearance extra off and BOGO, she just answered not for these only for a select few. Will never be shopping at a Lane Bryant again. Terrible customer service and deceitful marketing."
