"Very disappointed, I have heard of this place and wanted to check it out. What terrible customer service. I have never been to the store and was coming for a birthday gift. The young lady’s were waiting by the door on their phones as they were ready to leave. Seemed odd I then looked at the door and realized they were going to close. I said I’m sorry you close at 6 and they look at me and say yes in 3 minutes. I even said on I’m sorry it’s my first time I’m coming for a birthday gift. They just look at me as they didn’t care and it didn’t phase them. I turned around and walked out the door. No attempt to try and help after I told them it was my first time and why I was there. Really shows how much they care about their customers. What a slap in the face. I don’t recommend ladies, please be mindful of who you give your money to. I won’t be back and I will be sharing with my friends and family in the area to do the same."

"I have been shopping here for the past years and they do not disappoint in my opinion! I love the trendy pieces they have through the seasons from shirts, shackets, pants, shoes, purses and earrings. The store staff are always friendly and helpful when you need help shopping in person. My favorite way to shop is their app! It’s very user friendly and very dangerous for my wallet! Lol but it’s great to have and be able to shop when your crunched for time and can’t shop in store! 10/10 would always recommend this store to shop for your trendy needs!"

"Never shopping here again, it’s been one bad experience after another. The “girls” that work there need training in customer service along with the owner. I agree with other reviews here, all they care about is money. I can’t tell you how many emails I’ve written to get an issue resolved and I never hear back. I wouldn’t recommend this place!"
