The photographer saw our reservation online and waited till we came to tell us that they were unwilling to take our photo because we had 9 people. My family and I are deeply let down by this and will not return to their photo department at 5335 W Loop 1604 N Access Rd. Where’s the Christmas spirt."

"This is a great JCPenny, always well stocked, always a ton of sales and very clean. Went today and fall items are definitely in, should you need sweaters in the classics of burgundy, oranges and again any fall color they’ve got it. Sephora inside JCPenney stores will start closing on September 1, 2022 and continue to close through January 2023. So this location has a very low stock of items at Sephora. They have a small amount of Christmas items, and a great variety of home goods along with the items to be expected, i.e. mens attire, children’s, etc."
