"Horrible experience. Tried to exchange a pair of $1200 tennis shoes that my daughter bought in another store that she had shipped to her. She was not able to try them on at the store because they didn’t have her size. She wore them for less than an hour and needed a 1/2 size smaller. Took them in to the store for an exchange, not a return and was told that it wasn’t in pristine condition because some fuzz at the top of the heal was visible. Not even sure how that could be attributed to my daughter wearing the them. Will never purchase another Louis Vuitton product in my life and will make sure no one in my family ever does again. Not only is this horrible customer service but if the shoes themselves can be marred this easily after one hour of use then their quality sucks also."

"Absolutely disappointed with this particular visit. As you can see from prior reviews this store needs to step up their customer service. ANNAH OR ANNA ( the manager) was very rude and beyond snobby. She advised I couldn't be standing behind the glass counter in particular area which was fine but never offered assistance just walked off with attitude. I then immediately went up to her and advised for someone to come help me or she could since no one was in the area and asked her name. She had a smirk on her and completely ignored me and didn't sent anyone so I had to ask for another manager. I was completely turned off and could not force myself to purchase the bag I wanted. Customer service needs to be worked on in this store reviews don't lie. Try treating people as an equal verse trying to be selective with who you help especially when it is management. 2024 goals for this store. If you don't like your job don't work in such a luxury establishment. ✨️"

"Horrible experience at this store. I went in with my Artsy bag and a representative by the name of Gilbert approached me. I explained that I wanted to know what could be done to my Artsy that is in prestine condition because the monogram was peeling. The canvas is in perfect condition aside from this sudden defect that I noticed. I have read online that there were some batches of this bag that had this issue and many people got store credit for their bags with this defect. He said he was going to speak to a repair manager, mind you the repair manager never came out to look at my bag and immediately came back saying it was normal wear and tear. That was impossible because the canvas wasn’t cracked. My handle doesn’t even have a patina on it and it’s from 2016. He said sending a request would be a waste of time because they would come back saying it was normal wear and that nothing could be done unless I wanted to pay $2500. I ended up calling another store and I sent pictures in and the repair manager said my bag was in excellent condition and yes indeed it is a known defect that some of these bags had from 2013-2017 and that they would repair it at no cost to me. They immediately send me a paid ups next day label and my bag is now getting repaired. This bag has a lot of sentimental value to it and I am so happy that a different store was willing to help. La Cantera Louis Vuitton has horrible customer service. I would rather wait and have a purchase shipped than purchase from this store any day."

"Amazing service as soon as we walked in. The dreams of certain people is to own one of these high dollar items. There's so much to choose from, it's crazy! Thanks so much to our customer service representative for giving us the tour and being humble in showing my family exactly what they offer at this particular location.
