When I called to tell her that she was uncaring and I was going to speak with a manager, she said: whatever!!! Then, hung up in my FACE. I’m not her little boyfriend or her kid… When I called back to announce that she hung up in my face, and I was going to report it She said that’s fine with her!!!!!! She said she’s the manager. I guess I better stick to Hobby lobby and Michael’s More professionalism. I’m new to Joann’s. No more."

"The quality of service here has gone down. As a black woman I have been coming here for years. The staff has changed and the racism has increased. They don’t do good discounts anymore! 1. The two older white ladies always follow me around the store now. The blonde and the brunette with short hair. 2. The little Hispanic girl at the register just threw my feathers in a bag with dye and needles. She asked me did I want a bag? Of course I will want a bag I bought a lot of things. Did you think I just wanted to carry it in my hands. None of the staff is knowledgeable about anything dealing with sewing or arts, and craft so when i ask for help they give me such poor responses. What happened to the older black lady? She was nice and treated everyone with respect. I have had 3 bad experiences back to back at this store and I don’t think mockingbird will have me back again. I literally feel unwanted every-time I walk in now. I will take my business to Preston road!"
"The store is fairly small and items seem to be haphazardly located within the store. Flower/plant items in the front, seasonal in the middle and fabric is just kind of wherever they need it? If you're looking for something specific just ask the employees, it looks like they're constant changing the store. Deals are also super important, make sure to check online for any of em!"
