"If I could give this place zero stars I would! Pros and cons about this place.First let’s start off with the pros the customer service was great the gentleman that sold me the jewelry he was nice! If you are looking for well-made costume jewelry( jewel time) is the place to go. Go at your own risk continue to read. Now to the cons when I purchase the jewelry the gentleman was nice I ask him is the jewelry real He told me yes So I figured that it had to be real because they offer you a credit line with Acima and many more so I decided to purchase the earrings. After purchasing the earrings I started to get little fine bumps redness of the ear and I could not stop itching my ears ignore the sign thinking that oh I’m getting older and I’m starting to get eczema I decided to take the earrings out give my ears a chance to heal a couple of days pass 2 to 4 days I decided to put the earrings back into my ears I put them for a couple of hours the stem on the back of the earrings did not allow me to sleep in them so at night I had to take them off I woke up the next morning ears back Inflamed in itching the earrings or made out of Nickel in copper in a small percentage of 10 karat gold go in at your own risk I should have paid attention to the gentleman that was in there stating that his five year old daughter finger turn green and black from the ring he bought her !!!!! FYI the reason why I wasn’t too much alarmed at that time about the man in his daughters ring is because he does show you a showcase that is displayed that has fake jewelry in there and he only takes cash for that!"

"I had a $1000 14k gold rope chain that I wanted to be adjusted so I took it to "Jewel Time" in Red Bird Mall and paid my money for it to be done. Everything seemed fine until the next day I noticed that my chain had came apart (where they had adjusted it). I've had this rope chain for years and I didn't have one problem. Upon making a trip to the place I told them I wanted my chain to be repaired again for free because I was UNSATISFIED with my service so the service men/women became EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL and expressed ANGER towards me upon me submitting the request. The entire time while this was transpiring I remained calm and mild mannered and still they wanted me to pay them the fee I had initially paid again for something that they had done wrong. Normally I'm pretty easygoing, this is the FIRST time I've EVER given a company a BAD review, but in this case it was a must that I share the TERRIBLE experience that I had at this establishment. If I could've given this place 0 stars I would have. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!!"
