"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HAD TO GET MY TWO PIECE REMADE TWICE AND IT STILL DIDNT FIT . On top of that the owner decided to keep my deposit although their work was poor. They also said I couldn’t take my piece home but allowed me to put it my mouth .. and it is not being show cased . If I could give this place 0 STARS i would . The owner is catty and just outright unreasonable ."
"Took my ring today to get fixed and the lady did not do a good job. The prong was bent and she was suppose to only straight it out and put my stone back in but she broke a prong im assuming to open it up and adjust my stone and acted like nothing. I didn't appreciate her dishonesty at all will never go back! Maybe if she would have offered to fix it I would have been ok with that but she acted like nothing happened when clearly she damaged my ring! In the picture its the bottom left prong as you can see. Im so disappointed! Beware!"
