"Had the absolute nicest customer experience today at around 12:20-12:30 at the pick up counter and I forgot to get the workers name!! She was the nicest lady with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! She was quick and polite she knew what she was doing! Made me feel like a valued customer she was so nice I had to write this review and hope she gets some recognition :-)"
"There was no checkers available, only self checkout on 2/19/24 at 7:21pm. I was told I could go to returns if I wanted them to check me out. It’s a shame all the money Target is making with everything in store being overpriced that we have to check out our own items. Why not pay the person monitoring the self check out to actually check customers out? Is that too much like right? Happy BHM!"
"I LOVE Target. It is my go to store for everything. However my local Target lacks customer service and has spoiled the experience. I have been shopping at Target since I was 15. I even bought my daughter the mini Target shopping cart. We go almost every weekend. This weekend was my second attempt at using the Cat and Jack Program and I was told they only allow four items. I asked for an explanation and where I could find the change and I was told it just store policy. Store policy is they allow four returns without a receipt. I have the app therefore I have a digital receipt. Also instead of the team member attempting to assist me she immediately called the manager. I am so disappointed."
"Shopping my local Target Store I notice a woman had a shopping cart filled with several puppies. This is not clean. I cut my shopping short, reported it and left. The greeter saw this person come in with all these dogs. I understand approved dogs for disabilities, but a liter of dogs. Not clean at all. Please be consider of others. Target needs to enforce rules on this. I’ve seen this too many times. It’s not okay."
"My visit to Target was very pleasant and I found everything on the list. The store was clean and well stocked. The employees seemed content and were focused on doing a good job. I needed assistance a couple of times and had no problem finding a helpful and knowledgeable person to answer my questions. Even the checkout was a good experience because a very nice lady pulled me out of the self checkout line to a regular register. She was attentive to me and made me feel like an appreciated customer."
