"They're usually pretty good, although I'm not a big fan of the whole self checkout concept. You'll find it at every Michael's though, so maybe it's just the world we live in now. They've sadly been out of 3 of my favorite brands of yarn for many months. :/ kind of sad because I bought 200$ worth of yarn from them a few months ago but they're gone now & I had to go elsewhere to continue my project. 4 stars though for the wonderfully kind employees, the consistent nature of having craft supplies & a good variety, and for being a great location."
"Came here for some Christmas items, yes I know it's pre-thanksgiving, but came in on a Saturday evening and it wasn't clustered or anything. Store was chill and was able to get everything we needed. Only issue was the sporadic Christmas decor, I understand it's putting 10lbs of s#%t in a 5lb sack but it wasn't the easiest to find what we needed until we walked every aisle. Otherwise we had a solid experience."
"I visited here to find a frame for my wall art. This was my first time coming and was very pleased with the customer service! The store manager immediately greeted me and got one of the store associates to assist me. The young lady was very nice and did such a great job on framing my picture! Thanks to you all!"
