"So much fun and laughter this weekend in our B&B. The House was located in a calm and peaceful neighborhood right across from a taqueria! We enjoyed seeing the San Antonio Tower every night, most importantly everything was nice and clean! We're definitely booking again!"

"This company is absolutely terrible!! I stayed at this property back in May. After checking in I called them to let them know that the bottom floor closet smelled like mildew and none of the sockets were working. We literally was in the room all of 8 hours to sleep then checked out. We never brought food or anything into the house we just slept. Well the day after we checked out they sent photos of these heavily soiled linens saying that I owed them $80. In the picture The linens were on a concrete floor with stickers on them with numbers. They were so dingy looked like sheets that had never been washed before. After explains there was no way I could have done this they explain they would talk to house keeping and get back with me. No one ever did. So I mad a dispute with my bank and after 30 days this company never sent any proof. Now it’s august and they charge my card saying I stayed on the property on august 2, when I never did. Mind you they have a photo of my card. I reported it to my bank and they are doing another investigation. Fast forward to today and I get a nasty text message and email saying they got all My information and will report me as fraud! How am I frauding you? You charged my card with out permission! If you didn’t agree with the banks decision then you should have sent what they asked for. Now I’m attempting to call them and I can’t get any answers. At this point I’m being harassed and don’t appreciate it at all. Do not do business with this company they are terrible people."

"This is not the place you want to call home, it is completely trashed, My father moved here from out of state he is not familiar with the area, or of sound mind nor decision making for himself which is why he was moving here, this company rented this property to a 67 year old man with no refrigerator, no stove and no air conditioning system. I have tried to call and work things out with the company as far as letting them keep the first month rent and deposit that he paid of $1840. (look at the photos of this property and see if it's even worth it) I've requested he be released from this lease, and was told they are unable to let him out of it, surely something could be done and that's what's disheartening, the lack of concern and compassion. The ultimate problem here is the unsafe neighborhood, the unit next door, door was kicked in and this unit door was just getting fixed upon his arrival, he and I are both scared for his safety and NEVER moved him in, I've called the manager and was told she'd give a call back, no response yet and its been almost 2 weeks. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau and calling a compliance officer out, as a nurse I know this property and the surrounding ones are NOT up to code. I will be asking all units to be inspected. Save yourself the trouble and headache. See attached photos. Not sure how they could treat people such a way."

"Danger! Danger! Thease people are as crooked as they come. I went into contact to sell my home for 60k then we decided to keep it and signed a termination and release contract that they never filed. Months later I got offered 120k and decided to sell but they never filed the termination. Now they want $8500 to release my home. Horrible people. Please do not even attempt to do business with these people. Now I have to sue them."
