This little community of like 90 homes is tucked away from the big aspect of the city. It is managed by a company that manages apartment communities and has EVERYTHING you want in a rental home. Speaking of managers, Kyla is by the far the best property manager I have had in my 20 years of renting!"

From maintenance to the office staff all around great service. I have had 2 or 3 maintenance requests in the last 5 years and all met with prompt quality and friendly service. "I wanted to start by saying how great this management staff used to be before this new staff replaced them. Any time I have sent in an email, left a voicemail, or went into the office in person the previous management and staff was very attentive and willing to help. Unfortunately, we have been given the bottom of the barrel when it comes to the staff here at Vickery Grove. I have been living here currently for over 2 years and I have to be honest and say how disappointed I am with management. You have an office employee who has joy rides with the maintenance staff almost every day. Whenever you call down to the office they have never answered the phone which is fine. However, when you leave a voicemail, no one calls you back. When I have approached the office about any concerns or needs I have they don't take action and just leave it on the shelf for whenever they feel like picking it up and acting on it. I have sent emails asking for them to fix our landscape, to update me when maintenance request will be finished, when parts are coming in, etc. and I don't hear anything back. If you had asked me over a year ago, "is this is a fantastic place to live?" Without hesitation I would have said, YES! With the current staff and management I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's really sad what has transpired this past year."
