"Well they don't want to accommodate travelers who arrive in town at 5 am by allowing early check in without paying for a day even though you have a reservation for the same day which is my first issue. 2nd issue was the fact that they have no idea how to do the AARP membership discount. 3 issue was the guest laundry room was out of order and so was the ice machine. I feel that they need to practice on customer service edict. Plus a power outage to top of my first night there"
"Very bad service im.handicap I ask for room 104 on 18 th of Oct no problem I get to motel said no not tonight I'll put you in 119 in morning I can switch to 104 than morning comes that room 104 won't be checking out after night clerk said he would this motel is don't give a dam about with people who are handicap stay away from this motel worst customer service ever and bunch if liars"
"Cockroaches. Filthy floor. Stinks. Stayed one night and checked out 2 days early. Cleaned up a small water spill on the floor and it left a white towel black. Dead bugs all over the bathroom floor. Cockroaches in the bathroom sink. One fell from the fan in the bathroom while using the toilet. The room stunk horribly. Towels were grungy feeling. Microwave had dried food along the edges. Fridge hadnt been cleaned in who knows how long. Drawers were filthy with dried stuff in them. Splashing behind the bathroom sink had what looked like either roach eggs or mouse poop. Go somewhere else. Might be cheap at cost but this is not someplace to opt for when trying to save money. Absolutely disgusting."
"wanted another 50.00 deposit when i checked in that wasn't mentioned prior to booking. lack of parking and its very dark at night. breakfast was some cereal and dry toast. nothing to drink but coffee and it was terrible."
