"HI! Nope I totally lived here! Loved it till y’all sucked $800 bucks out of our wallets! I was living here from 11/2021 to 10/2022. Unit 4302. They will take every penny from you after you move out! Thieves. Make sure you do a walk through when you move out! We did not and we paid the price for it. Whatever management took over in 10/23 was super unpleasant as well, probably the same girl wrote me back :) AND one of our neighbors had a horrible cockroach problem to the point where she moved out, whatever apartment is diagonal to 4302."

"Sincerely I have liked the area for all the restaurants,nearby store and accessible roads. I came for a job interview and I was thinking of maybe moving there. I stayed at a friend’s and the experience was horrible. The insulation in the apartment is bad. You can hear everything from traffic to the neighbor walking and closing doors and even talking. Too bad they prioritized quantity over quality. Also I had bird excrement on my car for parking near the giant utility pole on which they sleep. Car next to me was not that lucky (attached picture). Imagine having to wash your car everyday or driving around with dirty car just because you wanted to park close to your building. My friend complained multiple times about the noise but nothing was done. It’s like they don’t care. They probably waiting on residents to fight each other. He doesn’t plan on renewing his lease and he is not the only one after talking to some other residents. I am no longer considering moving here. It will not be a good idea for the at-home job I do. Hopefully they do something about it."

"Positive point: Environment is secure and comfortable. Easy access to store and restaurant and highway. Clean, spacious. Negative: 1-water bill is crazy. Water is always running from the pool and you get high water bill. I want to believe that we are being charged for it. 2-Apartment is not sound proof. You can hear every single noise from outside or from the neighbor very clear and even all the stray cats in the property fighting or singing behind your window. 3-The grills by the pool don’t work and neither the one by the gate. I invited friends over for a small barbecue and was disappointed when we got there and none was working. It was embarrassing. 4- Also when I moved here, I was told that my apartment will have a balcony. It is barely a foot length and cannot be qualified as a balcony. 5- I had paint issue when I moved in and the leasing agent told me to send her an email and until now (8 months) in the apartment, none was done. I really like the community, I feel like home but too many disappointment."

"This is my first apartment when I’m new to US and the experience is very horrible. My apartment had roaches and it really spoiled our mental peace. Even after lot of heavy treatment made by apartment authorities it didn’t get ride off and finally for the roach treatment and cleaning we paid nearly $300 whenever the apartment authorities comes for inspection. We have to save extra money for roaches in this apartment. When we raise service request for other issue , the service person took video of our apartment amenities and roaches without our knowledge and shared it to the lease office. Again, the roach treatment and pay $300. You have to forget about savings, privacy and mental health to stay here. No one hear your concern about roaches in whole apartment and its coming to your home. They will simply blame your cleanliness. We had a lot of argument that we are paying pest fee in monthly rent but they would say special treatment wont cover in that pay."
