"Full Spectrum Property Management is a terrible property management company. They have neglected the apartment building I live in to such an extent that mattresses and garbage are left strewn about the premises for YEARS. The common area in the building is filthy and the only time lightbulbs are replaced is when tenants take it upon themselves to change them. The yard is poorly maintained and flea infested. They never keep appointments, constantly canceling after I've moved around my schedule to accomodate. They never return phone calls. The final straw that caused me to write this review...I came home from work to find water had been turned off by the management company without notifying the tenants or new property management company. Extremely unprofessional and honestly irresponsible in this heat and economy. Zero stars. Do not recommend."

The move out policy gives me plenty of time to decide on whether I’d like to proceed with a different tenant or choose another option moving forward."
