"Similarly as others have said, extremely condescending staff. I’m sure if you’re looking for something simple this is the place for you! Simple purchases seem to have decent reviews. Something complex is definitely out of their scope. Went in to verify if a few antique rings were gold in order to make it into a custom piece. Right away the front area lady said none of it is, she was adamant it was only plated. We still continued the process and asked for it to be formally tested. Surprise surprise turns out it was gold. Finally got our materials back after they’d dodge our calls. We had to show up unannounced and decided not to continue the process here. If you get a bad feeling of a place turn around. You can feel the unfriendliness the minute you step in. Extremely terrible customer service. If anyone would like evidence or more info feel free to reach out!"
