"I would have giving the Auto care center no stars if I could. When I arrived there was only my car in the garage. Once my car checked in it was two cars. After two hours I went to check on my car...the mechanic was running around playing while my car was just setting there. After I spoke to a manager the mechanic then started to work on my car. I went out to smoke...Then I over heard the two mechanic talk when another customer asked about his car the comment was mad his car would be ready in three hours and then they began to laugh. If you need work done on your car do not go to Walmart"

"Overweight African American woman at customer service is so rude. Was returning items I paid half cash and half debit card for and needed cash so I can turn around and go buy a better product right then and there and she didn’t want to give me cash for an $8 transaction that I literally paid cash for. She gave me dirty looks because she had to call a manager who looked at her and was like uhhhh… it’s $8 just do it. Beyond ridiculous. Thank csm for doing better than this obviously unhappy employee. Honestly haven’t shopped at Walmart in a long time because of how rude the hourly employees are and this just left a sour taste in my mouth again. Won’t be returning to Walmart for anything. I’ll go to the Kroger marketplace instead where the employees don’t treat their customers badly."

"I went shopping at Walmart store #00744 located in Atascocita, Tx today. I picked up about $68 dollars’ worth of items, check out via self-check-out and headed towards the exit where a Walmart employee stated to me that I had to show a receipt before I would be allowed to leave the store with my purchases. I told the employee that I didn't have a paper receipt because when I checked out I was given the option of getting a paper receipt, text receipt or email receipt. Silly me opted for the email receipt and I told this to the employee. He then stated to me that I had to pull the receipt up on my phone and show it to him. I then told the employee that my phone was still in my car because I did a quick in and out. The employee then attempted to call a security officer to detain me. I then noticed that Walmart employees were only asking African American customers for a receipt and not make this request of the few Anglo-Americans who walked past me. There were at least two other African American customers who had been stopped and told that they would have to provide a receipt in order to exit the store. I got upset once I observed all this and then told the employee and the security officer that I would be more than happy to show a receipt to a judge in a civil or criminal proceeding. I then proceeded to leave the store. I then heard a Walmart manager say to me that I could not return to that store."

"This was a cake that was purchased from this location. I ordered this same day for a birthday party and this is what showed up at my house. Clearly nothing like the picture on the box, half of it melted away... they either had issues with their freezer at the store or someone returned this and they put it right back out for sale."
