"Very disappointed in our visit with customer service I would give 0 stars if it were an option. Regardless of what time it is when a customer enters a building unless the store is actually closed service should be 100%. This is not the case and the gate was pulled half way down before closing time. We walked in to grab something very quickly with the last 5 minutes before close when the assistant manager told us they were closed. I then asked if they were closed early because the mall was still open for 5 more minutes and I was told yes. I went back in and asked for the name of the individual Simone whom stated she was the assistant store manager. As I was I said thank you and walked out someone walked behind me and slammed the gate the remained of the way and this was before 6PM. We will not return. This is a shame and kids shouldn’t see this is an appropriate way to act for a job or to others out of respect."

"When got there early for my son appointment. The opening manager was running behind the actual employee was there on time before time to open. As soon as their place of business was open, we waited for a little while and proceeded to go in because there was other people there. I had gone to the counter and I was met with an attitude by the manager who may I add was running late opening the store. I just acknowledge to both the employee and the manager of the store I had a appointment for my son to get his ears pierced. You're my best to ignore the ignorance with the manager. The reason why Claire's is getting five stars is the employees I want to say her name is Rosa was excellent she made my appointment better she gave me a better attitude and she knows about customer service which most businesses are lacking you are Claire's need to make her manager Rosa if you read this my son and I appreciate you. But she is why you all got five stars."
