"Bad business dropped my credit score by at least 100 points all because I financed a bracelet refitting. It was 90 dollars and it shows up on my credit that I’m using 100% of this credit card they signed me up for unknowingly to me. Then I go after pay it off as soon as I notice and now they still say I owe 51 dollars and they can do nothing about it. When I call customer service she was very rude and tried to put me on hold instead of answering my questions. What is the point of having a credit service if it is only 90 dollars makes no sense. I will not do business here again and would not recommend anyone else to as well . This place is such a scam I wonder how they even stay in business this long. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced ."
