"Our recent experience with the Target associate, Kimberly, who tracked down 4 items for us for our twin granddaughters (high chairs and a specific toy - 2 of each), reviewed the safety and experience ratings for each with us to help make our selection, and then took them personally to guest services for us ro pick up when we checked out. She was informative, sweet, and very helpful. Best in store experience ever."
"Horrible store with bad customer service. The lady at guest services refused to return headphones because they had been purchased online. When I contacted the online customer service they said it had to be returned in store. The online customer service told Tosha at guest services to returned them and she refused still refused to returned them. I contacted corporate and filed a formal complainant. I expected better from target than this."
