"Replacement technicians were great; office staff, not so much. I was scheduled for work on a Friday and Thursday evening I received a text message confirmation. When no one showed up Friday morning, I called the office after lunch to inquire and was told quite bluntly that I had been rescheduled for the next Tuesday. I said that I felt that I should have been informed of the change and was told that the technicians knew what was needed and that I did not need to be here for the work. Since the pool is in a fenced and locked back yard with dogs, I did need to be here to provide access. I felt that the person was rude and certainly not customer focused. The repair crew was great - installation went well and they provided me with maintenance tips. New cover works well and looks great - just need to improve communication with customers."

"As the work of the guys that came to repair our cover, they were excellent!! The only problem I have is that they said we plugged up our pump using an extension cord which we have NEVER done that and also that the pump wasn’t available for inspection. It was by the pool and they never asked so why did they assume we did the above without asking us about any of it? Otherwise they were great and got the work done in record time."
