"Management is terrible is an understatement. Went to Dollar General at 9:51 PM on November 23, walked in and was greeted by the manager on duty, and she said “you know you only have eight minutes right?”. I explain to her that I only had to get two things. I got my first thing and then headed to the counter and ask the cashier if I can get a bag of ice, her reply “ The manager doesn’t let us give ice this late, And I cannot unlock it and she will not either so I will not ask her.” I understand I went late but there are posted hours for a reason, and management did not want to speak with me."

"Friendly staff for over 2 years now, however, due to the recent management switch, and the sudden changes made to the store, ie. "We're a cash only store now" and not allowing me to let my child use the once public restroom suddenly, it saddens me to say that, despite it's convenience, I will not be returning. Every time I go in, the card reader is working fine until it's my turn to pay, and my son had an accident in the parking lot on the way out because the restroom was refused to us. The employee behind the counter was quick to tell me that this location was now cash only. So, for myself, I will no longer be a returning customer."
