I don’t know who the genius is that thought adding 10% to your bill at checkout would be a good idea, but this person was wrong. It’s very close to the genius marketing move which has sunk Bud Light’s ship. I HATE the way Walmart tries to force you to check yourself out, but I prefer even that over this 10% markup garbage. Ace, I will NOT be back as long as this stupid idea is in place."

"Within two minutes of entering the store, we were greeted by a very friendly employee named Sarah who immediately helped me find a light bulb that I was looking for. We then walked around looking for another item and ran into her again, at which point she asked if she could help us find something else. I told her what I needed, and she immediately took us to it. It’s sad that in some stores customer service has gone downhill so much that employees will walk right over you and not say a word to you. I’m thankful to find a store where old-fashioned customer service is still in place and going strong. I hope Sarah gets a raise in pay soon."
