"First visit. Overall, it is a nice store with wide isles and clean floors. The employees I interacted with were nice. There was some clutteredness around the store with things that hadn't been stocked yet, but other than that, a great store. Note: I only shopped the market side of the store and didn't visit the restrooms."

"One of the worst Walmarts in Lubbock, over priced items, things are never stocked, isles are always messy looking , bakery products are not fresh and don't last long, horrible environment... never going back....The worse Walmart in by far...."

"Had a appointment with auto center at 7 am to replace my tires. Walmart was not able to replace tires because they said passenger side locking lug nuts were rounded off and they were not able to get them off. I took all 4 tires that I paid for and I went to the jeep dealership and they were able to replace my tires no problem. I'm only giving this review 3 stars due to the fact the manager did compensate me with a gift card due to waisted time and almost spending 3 hours at the auto center and no work was done.(UPDATE)....Now giving this Walmart 1 star due to the online ordering was a horrible experience. I sat and waited for hours waiting on order only to find out they were having trouble finding items and nobody could call or say anything to me to let me know about the delay. I ended up canceling order and will never shop here again and warn others to never shop at this Walmart it's horrible place and the employees are unproffessional."

"I did a 1 hour delivery of 15 items. They handled it like complete champs. There was a technical issue with substituting an item, but I got a text from the shopper explaining the situation, how many times they tried to fix it, and an apology for the inconvenience. The order was delivered in nearly 30 minutes! I'm impressed and happy Walmart is stepping up their game for delivery."

"They put a bunch of people who don't like to work. Yesterday I came to cash the check at 7 and the guy said I couldn't change it because they close at 9 and my husband fights twice with a woman who doesn't like him. They would see the check and my husband yes he has yes ID"
