"Hardly ever get assistance when asking for it, needed to exchange some pants that did not fit, they let me get a gift card that could only be used for specific items in walmart, my money was good enough to draft out of my account but not good enough to put on a regular gift card because I had placed my order online and needed pants for work and didn't want to wait the 3-7 business days to get different pants! ! If I choose to buy beer or tobacco with MY MONEY! It should be a non issue!! You took my money but want to put stipulations on how I can re spend it when put on a gift card??!??! I absolutely think that is not right!!!"

"We waited for 2 hours for our online order that a friend had made for me and after asking 2 different employees, who said they would come back to us in a little while, a nice gentleman came out and explained to us what had happened and that someone would be with us shortly but after 20 more mins the same guy finally came and dropped off the order. So for him good job!"

"Food prices are increasing! And the staff is getting worse! Stood in self checkout for over 5 minutes while watching employees chit chat and play on Facebook. Once the assistant stopped her internet scrolling.... she came to my Lane. I explained to her not to stop what they were doing on my account but they could put up All the groceries I had in my cart since they were not doing anything... especially helping customers. I had called for help 7 minutes had passed before she came to my Lane. No wonder Walmart is phasing out human work force... they get paid for surfing Facebook."
