"For the love of God, train your cashiers to allow us to select email receipt instead of hitting print before we ever get an option. I've brought this up a few times. Next time they do it, I'll close my HD card and go to Lowe's."

"Your staff is helpful, but checkout is horrendous, 1 CHECKER OPEN when it looked like a lot off staff standing around when it comes to checkout. Whoever idea to have nothing but self checkout I sure hope they lost they're job, bcus I will shop elsewhere pretty much at this point super ridiculous"

"My husband and I went to Home Depot Lubbock Tx, 50th Street , on 1/06/2024. I had several questions about picking out carpet for our rental. Employee “Anahi” was very helpful and courteous. I appreciate that she approached us rather than us having to find someone to help us out. We also had another employee, I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, offering to help us in another department. This store’s employees were wonderful! Thanks Anahi and Home Depot!"

"I won’t ever shop here again. In store or online. Ordered an electric fireplace on Oct 20th, 2023. Was suppose to be delivered Oct 27th. It has been in Atlanta since. No movement. The customer service line is a joke. Having to go through different “teams”. I was patient and tried to be understanding, when I was told someone would contact me and I never heard anything from them….. had to call three different times. I can’t even get my money back until the “team” reviews it…. Been in review for a week."

"My husband stopped into look at the compressors and lawn mowers. We looked forever for someone to help us. When justina noticed us she came right over and helped us. She was very informative on both subjects, kind and very very willing to help us with everything we needed. We will definitely be seeking her out again for any help when need when coming to home depot again."
