"I paid them to replace the battery in my watch and I was given a one year warranty for the battery. The battery died a couple months later and I went back just recently to get them to replace it. They did but in the process they broke the face of the watch. They contacted me to tell me about it and they sent it out to the manufacturer to get itFixed and should be calling me soon for me to pick it up. All of this at no charge to me. Good customer service and experience. Would definitely recommend."
